Absolutely not. Again, tje money paid for delivery IS their tip. Even if you got free delivery, their salary is either covered through the store already or the delivery fee is subsidized through some other means. In any case, the fee is being paid some way or another...and the guys on the truck are getting their hourly wage. And in that hourly wage, it is expected that they deliver on time, without damage, and courtesouly.
I should put a tip jar outside my office door. When I do as expected for my job, I'd like a tip (monetary only).
