What other communities are there that offer similar amenities as Highland creek ?

We are new to the area and have enjoyed this community for the last 10 months. We are now considering purchasing but would like to visit other communities that offer these same amenities and compare the middle schools and high schools.

Any recommendations ?

Thanks

If you like that area check out Skybrook, Centennial, etc etc... Are you OK with being in Mecklenburg county?

Let me know if you need anything

Northstone and Birkdale are two other excellent golf communities.

Default The Farm

You should check out The Farm at River Pointe it has excellent Cabarrus County schools, million $$ amenity center already set up and usuable, (tennis, volleyball, soccer, basketball, beach front entry pool, gym, etc). Beautiful community just selling phase 2 out of 7 phases. They have smaller homes in the front of the community, but in the back have beautiful brick front homes up to 4000 square feet. my daughters best friend lives in this neighborhood and they are always having events for the residents, chili cook-offs, movies on the soccer field etc...most of the people that move there are friends of people that already live there, once they realise everything they have going on up there...worth a look...
also, Summers Walk but they are just starting up, not sure how that is going to pan out...good luck...hope you find somewhere you love..
