Hi Mikey, not too worried about schools since I don't have children and doesn't matter which county either. Just looking for a nice home in a safe neighborhood.

Plum Creek is nice, the neighborhood does not have the amenities as some such as a pool, playground etc...

Cabaruss Crossing seems nice enough. There is some major growth going on in the area. Expect traffic on 73 from the Races and the Ren. Festival.

McGinnis is nice. Has the pool etc. Traffic on Eastfield can be a little tough during rush hour but again you seconds away from the stores etc.

I would go with either Plum Creek or McGinnis then Cab. Crossing.

I understand, but you do realize that the schools drive the core value of the home... The best way to protect your investment is to buy by location first. The nicer, safer neighborhoods will always be in the better school systems.

Cedarfield is still a nice neighborhood. Unfortanetly petty crime is creeping in. Mind you there has always been some rif-raf around Tesh's that would creep into the neighborhoods to try and find a quick buck or two....
