Does anyone have an idea how long it takes to get from Huntersville to where 485 & 77 meet up?

what time are you playing this trip? It could take up to 45 mins to an hour during rush hour. Also 485 at some point will meet at 77 mins from Huntersville.

I live off Gilead Road near Beatties Ford and I can get to Arrowood road in 45 minutes fairly easily (going home at night would take near an hour). I suppose of you live 6 miles northeast of exit 25 then it may be close to an hour.

I guess what I'm trying to say is: There is a huge difference in commute times from huntersville with respect to the area you live in. West side of 77 off exit 23 is much easier than east side of 77 off exit 25.

I live on the east side of I-77 and take Mount Holly-Huntersville Road to Harris Boulevard, at North Lake Mall and then get on I-77 at Exit 18.
This is very easy if you live on the west or east side of I-77.
Most of the time you are able to bypass the normal backup of traffic that happens on I-77 between milemarker 19 and north to Exit 25 or 28.
