Can people post their purchase prices? I thought the sign said "from the $190's" last spring and then it said "from the $170's"?

When I purchased it said "from the $190's" and they had some units that I believe started at $194 but that was pretty stripped (in my honest opinion), but they did have "packaged units" going for $240, I started at 194 and built up to 240 with the options I wanted, and some options that were not part of the "packaged units"... You can check what people paid for the units with the link below...

It looks as though some have. I see furniture in some of the units. My PM said everyone was trying to close at the end of October.

We are still waiting for construction to begin on our Fenmore model at Park South - 5 months and counting since contract. I am wondering now that many of you have lived there for awhile, are you:

1. Happy with the neighborhood
2. Feel their homes are good quality? Good value?
3. Think it's worth waiting for? How long did anyone with an Elmhurst or Fenmore wait from contract to closing?
