at least I think the commercial I saw a week ago said it was. It's the first in the Charlotte area, and a spin off on some store from around Atlanta.

I am not sure about Northlake, but Dutchmans just opened at exit 28 in Jetton Village (the old Southend Brewery, City tavern etc... spot). They only have three stores including St Simons Island GA and Highlands NC.

It's ok...

Tons of outdoor decorating items. Prices were ok. Bought a few things for the kitchen. Didn't wow me
