Trails near south charlotte? (bike, best, area)

Hey guys,


New to the Charlotte area. Wanting to know if there are any cool local trails near the South Charlotte area. Only ones I've been to are an hour or so away. Any info would be helpful

Bike trails or walking trails? For bikes, check out the Whitewater Center and Renaissance Park. Walking...no idea.

The best trails closest to south Charlotte are going to be at the Ann Springs Close Greenway in Fort Mill Anne Springs Close Greenway or the trails at McDowell Nature Preserve in the Steele Creek area - McDowell Nature Center and Preserve - Charlotte Culture Guide
