It's gone now, so the area looks 1% better. I drove my mother in law through there the other day and she commented that "this looks like a bad part of town". There is a big mobile sign for bail bonds services up now, those are never in a good part of town.
I also think that Hanna Barbera would be very interested to know that Auto Max has a painting of a dog that is clearly meant to be Scooby Doo on their front window. I am not really sure what an
anthropomorphic Great Dane has to do with selling crappy cars that are probably flood recoveries but maybe I just don't understand advertising.
