Leroy Springs has a stable at the park and do horseback riding adventures on their beautiful property.

Also -- COOL place in So. Charlotte right at the border of Indian Trail/Fort Mill
Sports Connection If you haven't been there, it's amazing. HUGE too. Bowling, climbing walls, food, laser tag, lots more. They do parties, and i think there is a BD party link on the site.
Or -- if you're looking for something a little more special: how about cruising around Charlotte in style. For about the same price as a limo, Carolinas Party Ride takes you in this amazing mega-limo-bus with cool lights, stereos and TVs (bring your own CDs and DVDs) AND you can stand up in it. Holds like 20 people I think. A great way to spend a couple hours... ride around, have lunch/dinner, etc.
