485 completion (Charlotte: land, office, date)

I know this has been discussed before but has there been any new information lately as to when the last leg will be completed?

Thanks for the the info..I actually pulled that up recently but if you read it it hasn't been updated to reflect if the contracts were awarded to a specific co. and where they are currently on contruction. Are they still trying to acquire private land or has that all been situated?
