Mr. Neeley is the grandson of former Sen. Matthew Neeley...the Robert Byrd of his day who ran for President or Vice -Pres in the 1950's.

Well, let's hope he is better at managing money than was A. James... the guy who squandered more than $120 million of state funds with hair brained investments.
