This will be a cool thread. In the parking lot right next to where I work, there is a different food truck almost every day!!
I have only eaten at the food truck a couple times, and had very good barbeque! But, they are there just about every day!
I will try to report.

Where is this? I know of only a few places where there is regular food truck activity (Benefitfocus, Blackbaud, Faber, etc.) so it's nice that you get that variety daily!
We had a great meal at the Charleston Caribbean Creole Food Truck. They were at the Tams Concert at Riverfront Park back in June. They're supposed to be on Daniel Island today.
I think we just had a food truck rodeo. It was to benefit the guy who operates the Zombie Bob's Food Truck. I think he got electrically shocked when working on his truck somehow. I'm wanting to say it was last weekend?
I really like the Roti Rolls truck, but it's usually limited to downtown. Auto Bahn and Carolina Caribbean Creole are pretty good too.
I've wanted to try Immortal Lobster for awhile and just learned they're in West Ashley on Wednesdays. When I get a chance to try it, I'll let everyone know my thoughts.
While I do not know all the details, West Columbia SC is planning on setting up a food truck pavillon. Again, I do not have all the details but it sounds like a great idea. Maybe Charleston should work on something like this.
