The best bet I've found is to follow each truck's Facebook page. I've followed pages that have the times posted on them, but it seems like none are updated on a regular basis. Immortal Lobster will be near me twice next week so hopefully I can get there!

When I lived in urban Northern California I'd eat street vendor food all the time. Never got sick, the pricing was better than restaurants, and all the exciting cooks test a lot of new fusion food creations via food truck or market stands.

I noticed the Charleston Bird one in MtP today. Didn't even know it existed. Seems to be Southern fried with Mexican influence. Anyone had this yet?
