The Mount Pleasant Beers, Beats & Eats is coming to town on Sunday, May 20 from 1 - 7 p.m. at the Park West Recreation Complex! This exciting food rodeo celebrates craft beer, live music and food trucks' cuisine. The line-up will include local and regional craft breweries, a home brewer's tent, creative craft beer demonstrations and a food truck rodeo. Entertainment will include the bands The 3 Dudes, The Larry/David Project and Plane Jane. Free souvenir mini-tasting mugs will be available for the first 1,000 sample-ticket buyers. Kids’ activities will include balloon art and inflatable. This event is sponsored by the Town of Mount Pleasant with the participation of WEZL 103.5, Q104.5 and Mix Premier Bartending. The Mount Pleasant Beers, Beats & Eats is located at Park West Recreation Complex, 1251 Park West Boulevard, Mount Pleasant, SC.

To answer your question, Park West isin the far North part of town, past The Oakland Shopping Center where Walmart and Kohls are.

My friend will be here for a visit then. Maybe I will bring her to this!

I've been to other events at the Rec Center and parking can fill up, so get there a little early. Or, you can probably park across the highway in the Food Lion parking lot since the building is now vacant. I may park there just to get a little closer.

I love the food truck rodeos -- have been to a couple and enjoy them!
