It's 27 degrees here today and Mimi claimed a spot on my bed to keep warm:
It's only getting down to 25 deg (or so) tonight here in Kansas... warmest we've had for several days. It's supposed to warm up even more the rest of the week. Hopefully some of my cats will go back to their regular sleeping spots and let me have my half of MY bed back.
That pic is exact reason that ALL horizontal surfaces in my house have been cleared of any obstacles. It's just so much easier in the long run.
Don't know about you, but I'm just glad I don't live around the Great Lakes right now. They're forecasting 90" total accumulation of snow for Buffalo NY. Just hope everyone up there stocked up on groceries, especially for their kids & pets. They're going to be shut in for a while.
It's gotten down into the 40's here in Florida the last couple of nights. Daisy doesn't like the cold and I keep finding her under the carpets.
I let the 3 of them sleep in my room last night to stay warm and Daisy slept UNDER the blankets all night. I was worried she would suffocate under there, but she seemed to be ok with it.
Don, is Daisy a tortie? I love tortie cats! She's gorgeous!
