Looking for inexpensive RV camping anywhere in this general area.

We do not need hook ups. We are self contained.

I imagine that someone(s) will come along and give recommendations but here's a link for you.
Humboldt County, CA RV Parks (http://www.humboldtcounty.com/subs.php?sub=111&catlink=54#sublistings - broken link)

You're welcome.
Usually there are some way northern CA folks on the forum that would probably know the best one(s) but they seem to be on hiatus ... i haven't seen 'em around for awhile.
Happy trails.

Unfortunately, those of us who LIVE here have no knowledge of the RV parks other than their location because we don't have any occasion to use them. I wouldn't be able to tell you what the "good' ones were. Johnnie's and E-Z Landing in King Salmon, south part of Eureka, are on the beach and great for fishermen but you have some real rough neighbors out there.

Lots of drugs is my impression and I apologize for not knowing more. My neighbors all have RV's that stay in their driveways week after week, month after month. That's all I know about RV's. Hopefully someone will chime in who can help you more.
