As for the matter at hand, one other consideration remains. Is it safe to suppose that just because marijuana is legalized within the proposition's limits that illegal traffic in that substance will cease and if it does there won't be an proliferation of trafficing harder drugs? Given California's shared border, I'm concerned on both counts.
