How to Stop smoking?

2 ppl i know who quit. one completely with hypnosis, the other for 5 yrs. after accupunture, only starting again because a job was "stressful"

Quitting smoking for me was a pain. I never really wanted to quit, just that I had to quit.

I used the nicotine lozenges. You slowly let it dissolve against your cheek and it lasted me about 30 or 40 minutes each. That's a nice, long cigarette!

About two months of that, slowly dropping the dosage and frequency, and I was able to do it (thank God).
