I expect most of that to happen. All of you, expect routine testing or vaccine passports for high-risk indoor public or semi-public settings sooner rather than later. DMV badly needs to address risk in its facilities. Those buildings probably have poor ventilation, and many visitors are from parts of the population that don't take proper precautions against infection.

You have a point.

Two possibilities.
1) Let them get away with it - the percentage would be small.
2) Require passes or whatever to specify who would share the vehicle and all of them would have to provide proof of vaccination.

It’s nice to know that ivermectin is finally been recognized as effective against the corona virus.

Don't post false rumors here. Researchers still say it's useless.

Like with fast pass there is no way to prove who is the driver.

Forest/trees.

If you mean point 2 is toothless, 1) most people want to avoid trouble 2) there would always be the potential of that, because roads are policed and anyone pulled over for a motor vehicle violation would face losing the ability to drive on that road plus a likely large fine for the fraud.

I do think a la checkpoint DMV locations should be keeping infected people out of buildings, which feature too much waiting and crowding, and ideally require vaccination for entry if/when there is a vaccine that reliably blocks infection available to the general public. Also, I'd like to see a vaccine driver's license requirement for young people, many of whom are driving largely for group socializing. Vaccine requirements for taxi and limousine drivers, too, please.

Since non-Asian minorities are less likely to be vaccinated, this will go against the left's "equity" mantra. Won't happen.

Vaccine mandates happened, and the media didn't bring up the racial implications. Because unlike some individuals here, the media sometimes glosses over race. If the toll road/lane vaccine requirement doesn't happen, it won't be because of race.

I'm cracking up over someone spitballing things like vaccine checkpoints. It's funny not just because it's a ridiculous concept, but because it ignores something much more fundamental; the state has backed itself out of the picture with respect to enacting or maintaining covid policy. Someone here is STILL not getting that. The zeal for issuing edicts has completely dissipated, in spite of California being gung-ho to do so at the outset. That's pretty significant if one actually puts an ounce of thought into it.

So, yeah. Go ahead and tell your state reps you want vaccine checkpoints dotting the roadways.
