I'm pretty sure you'll find that people are people wherever you go.

Out of the thousands of humans you encounter in your life you may or may not experience a racist from time to time. So my answer would be "either".

I get that all the time.

I lived in Sunnyvale for a few. Nice place but congested now. Reminds me of Anaheim with no DisneyLand. Not sure what about what racism you are referring to. It is a very diverse area. Folks pretty much keep to themselves and try to pay their mortgages.
Great weather and you can walk down the streeet in a safe manner. Remember to stay on the sidewalk. Nothing like Oakland.

I'd rather live in Los Gatos or Saratoga.

I also know that wherever I go there will be racism but I just want a safe neighborhood to start a family.
