1. NO ONE from California refers to it as "Cali." That was your first mistake.
2. EVERY SINGLE question you asked, has been asked/answered, MANY TIMES, all over this board. A simple search and/or, going through some threads, would have answered all of your questions, without you embarrassing yourself.
3. Finally, people here are tired of answering stupid questions about this state. It seems everyone has some TV idea of what California is, without actually knowing.
