Bulls are the 3-seed which means Atlanta gets the presumably easier path to the ECF and Cleveland will likely battle it out in the 2nd round vs. the Bulls.

Spurs will play either Portland or LA Clippers.
If the Spurs get 5, they have home court in the 1st round.

I thought the rule was Blazers will get home court in the first round due to winning their horrid division...? Otherwise, what is the point of being guaranteed a 1-4 seed if you win the division.

no it only means they can not be any lower than the 4 seed but the team with the better record/tiebreaker gets home court
the entire playoff system needs an overhaul
