my sensor resets when the car restarts. That is the way it should be I believe

I noticed people flipping their wipers up and figured...hey, that's a good idea.

But when I tried it, we had some serious freezing rain that totally froze up the hinge and spring part of the arm.

Took me longer to free them up than if I had just left the damned things alone. I don't do it anymore...
