can you tell me the location of these three places, or give me a clue where they might be?
There's a dash plate up by the windshield on the driver's side. Usually on one or more of the doors. On the engine block and buried somewhere on the frame.
If you watch the auto auctions, especially Barrett-Jackson, they make a huge deal out of "matching numbers". The theory being that the main parts of the car are original.
And a car that you have to use a screwdriver to start the car? Can that be fixed so that an actual key would start the car and how much would that cost?

The vin is engraved several places on most vehicles. If they have been removed, you have a vehicle that either has been stolen, wrecked and pieced together. Not only would I not purchase said vehicle, I would have nothing to do with anyone trying to sell me one. Perhaps you have some sort of special situation, but my experience in a motor vehicle office in GA, I'd say you are asking for trouble. In fact, if you came into my office trying to register the vehicle, I would call the cops to come check things out. Our office recovered a few stolen vehicles because of bogus paperwork or serious lack of information on the vehicle.
Don't mess with this unless you have deep pockets for a good lawyer.
Trolling is a distinct possibility with this OP but just in case....
IF this is a serious post and you are considering driving an unregistered, uninsured vehicle on a public road do you even have a driver's license? Do that in my state and you have big problems.
So, you put $600 in your pocket to go meet the seller somewhere, a seller who is willing to sell you a obviously stolen car for $600. Even if you were to go to this meeting, what would be the chances you'd leave with that $600 still in your pocket?
I think we can safely say we reached a consensus on the subject, whether a prank or not. Thread Closed
