Check the engine air filter, and the spark plugs and related circuit. If these are fine, add a bottle of Lucas (or similar type) of fuel injector cleaner to the gas tank. Use a bottle of injector cleaner per tank fill-up, and see what happens after filling the tank a couple of times.
From your original post I was sure you were looking at a fouled plug issue. A leaky injector or oil seeping into the cylinder can cause the plug to short out and not fire. Typically once the engine is started and pumps some air in and the plug heats up and dries out it will begin to fire again. This was quite common in the carb days.
Your second post about it only happening when turning the engine over and disappearing after in starts makes me think it's something different.
Let us know what you find.
Check the muffler bearing as well... And get fresh air for the tires.

Anyway, the car is now fixed. Yes! It was a broken motor mount on the passenger side. Thank you so much to those of you who gave such great advice and input. I really appreciate it.
