I just want assurance that we are making the right decision because my children are my #1 priority and I don't want to move again. What sold me, at Steiner, was the fact that it appeared to be VERY family oriented.
I and my wife lived (rented) in Austin for about 1 1/2 years and we've been looking around in good/new neighbourhoods to buy our first house. Even though we have looked around in more than a dozen communities, my wife always wanted to buy in Steiner. For me commute was an issue and strongly debated for other places. But at the end, you know how that would turn into.
Of course, Steiner has good schools, great amenities and spectacular scenaries. As far as commute goes...I guess i'll have to put up with it.
