I am considering buying a condo either on S Congress close to stasnney lane(78745) or south lamar close to bluebonnet lane (78704). Any advice on which is a better location?

I think the buzz and appeal at Lamar/Bluebonnet is definately hotter. Stassney/S. Congrees is an emerging area. Ignoring price, S. Lamar wins in my opinion hands down for location and vibe. That doesn't mean the Stassney/S. Congress won't be a better choice for you though, since there are many factors to consider.
