Hello,

I am looking at renting a home in Leander for a year and it appears that Suddenlink is the only internet provider servicing that address. I have never heard of Suddenlink, so I did some research (both on this forum and on the web) and see some bad reviews, but most of them are old. I work from home full time and reliable internet is my lifeline. Does anyone use them and care to share your experiences with me? I am looking at the 107mb package, if that matters.

Thanks!

I have Suddenlink Cable/Internet in Pflugerville and I am very satisfied. I don't have the 107mb package, but I get the advertised and promised speeds from them.

The few times I have had issues their tech support was prompt, local (as in TX - not India) and very helpful.

I'm happy with Suddenlink, and my desire for AT&T Fiber has vanished ...

Might be a little late, but I have suddenlink internet and I'm very pleased with it. We get 15 Meg for around $35/month, although I have no clue how, and it's great. Although they tend to call alot and inquire about why we don't have cable with them. If you can deal with that, they're great!
