Stay away from the Hill Country its dangerous out there...no one wants to live there...I would stick with Los Angeles or San Francisco...lol

There is no shopping in Dripping Springs. The mall people speak of is in a different town, Bee Cave. It's a good drive from Dripping Springs on a 2 lane, 2 way road. It's fairly dangerous actually as it is a deer haven and they like to run across the roads. Its about 15-20 min realistically to get from Drippings to that mall/galleria. There is a tiny, slightly run-down grocery store in Dripping Springs, but the closest HEB (large grocery store) is in either Bee cave or Oakhill (SW Austin) and are about 15-30 min from Drippings.
