My recommendation with what you have stated, take a look at Brushy Creek (up on Parmer). Wonderful location, wonderful location for a place to call home after a long day at work. Excellent school district (one of the highest). My recommendation (and I deal with various builders) is to take a look at Standard Pacific and Grand Haven Homes out there. Both are great builders. I have done my homework for a couple of years now and plan on utilizing one of these builders to build my next home. I work with these two and a couple of more high-end builders but these two are very competitive by far. I cannot release too much information but I would not recommend anyone that was not good. Location, home, schools, vicinity to Austin and great areas around here - this is what I have for you all.
