Braselton - Falls of Braselton (Winder, Flowery Branch: home, schools, subdivision)

Is there anything around this area? It's exit 126.
I know there is a new Publix and Kroegers built, and the new Medical Ctr will
be ready within the year.
But I am thinking all of the fun and rec for kids is at exit 120 and 115. Yes?
Anyone know about this place?
Hubby went through it this weekend and said the home he went in was beautiful. But he's not sure whats around there.
Also, the school is Flowery Branch HS (I think it's Barrow County, yes?). It's only rated a 7 on greatschools.

If it is Flowery Branch it will be in Hall County.
Winder/Barrow is Barrow County
Mill Creek is Gwinnett County

Exit 126 sits right on the end of the triangle.
The whole area is nice around Chateau Elan.

I think, if I read correctly, some of Falls of Braselton fall into Flowery Branch (Hall County), where as the other part of the subdivision falls into Gwinnett (Mill Creek). Hubby said it is right near Chateau Elan. He said you pass Chateau Elan, then comes Falls...
