I'm a single 26 year old female, who is looking for an apartment in an area that is diverse, more liberal, peaceful (not in a congested location) and conveniently located near great shops and restaurants. I used to live in the Kennesaw/Acworth area, and I enjoyed the peacefulness of that area and how it was conveniently located near great activities.

The Highlands is a liberal area, but not necessarily "peaceful" (depending on how you define "peaceful").
