@epexaminer nice blog, but doesn't that just highlight the dysfunctional city government? not sure if people considering moving to EP would be sold on doing so until that's no longer an issue. Any idea when that might happen?

As someone who has worked in that area I have to honestly considert it a High crime Area. But then I consider the entire city of marthasville/Atanta, Georgia Metropolitan area a high area. If you are robbed from one time then then crime rate is 100%. If you or someone you know is not robbed from then the crime rate is 0%. Simple as that. I think you should talk with someone who lives on or near that street. But I personnaly consider it a High Crime Area. Foretold is Forewarned.

it's not bad right in downtown east point. you should be completely safe. out around cleveland avenue closer to i-85, is a little bit less safe. but during the day you shouldn't see any problems.
