Hello,

Can anyone tell me about the commute from Peachtree City, Fayetteville, or Tyrone to the Chamblee area? Thanks!

Yeah, well have fun with that commute. If you're doing it in rush hour, it'll easily be 1-1.5 hours. The worst will be coming home - 85 south through the connector could take you 45 minutes easily.

If the place you are going is near the Chamblee MARTA station, you might consider parking at the College Park station and taking the Doraville line up to Chamblee. But otherwise, you will have a terrible commute. And no, I-285 will not be better.

No way would I attempt that if I had a choice about where to live.
I would be looking on the NE side of town if I worked in Chamblee.
