The Wyndam Hotel and conference center is a great place to stay while exploring Peachtree City. It is easy to get in and out of . It is surrounded by green space ,golf courses , lake Peachtree and it's adjacent golf cart paths really give you a feel of what Peachtree City is like.

There are many neighborhoods in PTC that meet your financial requirements as well as neighborhoods in unincorporated Fayettevile that connect with the Golf Cart Path System. Parts of unincorporated Fayetteville to the south of Peachtree City feel like you live in PTC but with lower property taxes and larger lots. The top high schools is Fayette County are Stars Mill and McIntosh and therefore neighborhoods that feed into them are going to be very desirable. You can look online and search by those high schools for neighborhoods in these schools. I realize you don't have kids, but for resale its always easier to sell where people really like the schools. Traffic is not bad there. It's nice to go the grocery store, the pharmacy or what not in the golf cart especially on a warm summer night. Crime in the neighborhoods is virtually nonexistent. PTC is very strict on growth and development. It was ranked as one of the best places to live in the US. There is also a substantial senior citizen population here. PTC has at least one public golf course, a public pool, an amphitheater. It is a very attractive area with large mature trees. Some neighborhood's have neighborhood pools like Highgrove, Timberlake, Wilshire, and Woodcreek.
