This is an excellent point. You would most likely be well-served by consulting a realtor who knows and even specializes in the Chattahoochee High School attendance zone area of North Fulton County if you are looking to know about the myriad of neighborhoods within that one attendance/feeder zone.

nanhi--you have started seven threads about Chattahoochee High (and its feeder schools). The same information is given to you over and over again (and you keep seeking the same information over and over again...).

This is getting weird...

Property Search | Harry Norman, Realtors®

Website will let you narrow down by School that you want to attend.

WARNING... The mapping of homes to schools is not always correct, you would need to verify against the School District Mapping.

Also Feeder lines do change over time to do new school opening (or Closing) , population shifts.

Nanhi, sorry, but I'm not really inclined to throw more information your way. We've already provided you with maps and detailed information on feeder schools, etc. in previous emails. The kind of information you are asking for is generally provided by competent realtors who know the area well -- and are compensated for their efforts. I would encourage you to find one. It's North Atlanta and Chattahoochee district -- almost ALL of the neighborhoods are kid-friendly. Without information on size, price, amenities, etc, it's just a list.

I think this is the first time that I have asked about the neighborhoods in particular. You can refrain yourself by not answering but I find your responses unwelcoming . Thanks

Sorry, you post on a public website, you don't get to pick who responds. I'm usually the most patient person in the world, but in this case, it would appear that you are abusing the hospitality of the forum. You HAVE asked about neighborhoods, so you are wrong about "thinking this is the first time I have asked". Specifically, among others,

https://www.city-data.com/forum/atlan...ghborhood.html

I'd say that, based on the numerous feedback and advice posts you have gotten over the last few months on the topic of North Fulton/East Cobb schools, you'd have a hard time finding a group that is MORE welcoming.

You have been asking about school districts, feeder patterns, neighborhoods, etc. for this area for the last few months. You are not approaching this in an organized, deliberate manner -- you are dashing from one school to another, and then obsessing over feeder patterns, redistricting, etc. Pick one, already. Better yet, GO VISIT THE SCHOOLS you are wondering about. Drive around the neighborhoods. Choose a good real estate agent to help you pinpoint neighborhoods in your price range, since you aren't familiar with them yourself. You shouldn't pick a school based on numbers and limited internet feedback comments. You crossed a line when you asked for a list of all the neighborhoods in a large school district. Why are you asking a group of strangers to spend their time doing your legwork?

You wouldn't go wrong with any of the schools in the Chattahoochee ecosystem.

Any good suggestions of schools from elementary on up to high school inside the perimeter?
