Nothing wrong with raising kids in PTC, just if your commute is far, it might matter. I am glad PTC got some attention drawn to it (it is listed at 11 out of 51 as it is one city per US state) - even if I am not into such "lists" all that much, it is good for Fayette county.

The commute from Peachtree City to downtown and midtown is easier than from North Fulton or Gwinnett.

It's a nice quiet suburb last time I drove through there. Was strange seeing people on golf carts though.
