Possible transfer to office in Norcross: Where to live for best schools/best commute

All of Johns Creek has really good public schools, it is right next to Norcross. Johns Creek is mostly in Fulton County. Generally speaking, Norcross' high schools are OK, but don't have as a good reputation as most of those in Johns Creek. With the price range, you can buy anywhere. There are good private school options in the area as well, just depends on what type of private school you like.

Just remember that a 20 minute commute on secondary roads during rush hour near Johns Creek can mean only going 5 miles within the area. Roads get very congested in the entire area.

I would drive around during rush hour (when school is in session) to get an idea. Due to what I see on 141 alone on a regular basis, I think a reverse commute from Buckhead to Norcross would easily be more than 20 minutes during most rush hours.
