I will be going to GC south rim, i will have 3-4 hrs to spend, what can I do ? is their anyway where I can see waterfall ? or do some rafting etc ? what do u suggest ?

Not on a three to four hour visit!!! Havasupai Falls is really a separate area, and rafting is another issue altogether too. Take one of the bus tours along the Rim, explore the rim walking paths on either side of the El Tovar Lodge, walk down one of the below the rim trails a little ways if you are equipped for it.

Three to four hours really isn't enough time...

I had fun on a Bright Angel Bicycle tour. I'd recommend that with the amount of time you have.

Otherwise, I'd check to see if there are any ranger programs you could attend. The Condor talk is pretty good.
