Adult Flag Football (Rio Rancho: high school, college, moving to)

I've seen signs advertising Adult Flag Football driving around Rio Rancho and I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this for me? I am just wondering if it is a legit league and if there are any teams looking for players? I am 27 and in decent shape. I played football in high school and some in college (injury ended the career). I would love to get back into playing some football but I don't know anyone here yet [just moved to town] and I'm kind of a loser. HAHA. Any information on this would be appreciated.
