Does anyone have information or know where I can find information on the taxes, electric, gas and water, and cable in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho? Do you guys have personal property tax?

There's personal property tax for business property. I don't know what the rate is in ABQ. Try the Bernalillo county assessor office for more info.

There's an income tax and gross receipts (sales) tax. For more information see the state taxation & revenue website.

Utilities, check PNM (public service company of new mexico)

I think cable is comcast or time warner?

Water.. not sure.

Rio Rancho is Sandoval County, and like funkymonkey said, Albuquerque is Bernalillo County.

I think PNMs residential electric rate is abut 9 cents per kwh. They serve Albuquerque. I don't know if they serve Rio Rancho or not.

yes, a question on property taxes:

how are they in ABQ? What would the yearly rates be for a 1600 sf house in city limits?

It goes on the value not size - check bernco.gov and check under property tax calculator
