I am relocating to the Albuquerque/ Rio Rancho area and need a place to stay while I find a house.
I am looking for a month to month lease and it needs to be furnished.
I am new to the area so I want to stay in the safest area possible.
Can anybody recommed something in the northern ABQ area or Rio Rancho.
Thanks.

Most apartment complexes can accommodate this with a corporate apartment (which are pricey, but give you furniture, pots/pans, dishes, etc... and flexibility). Northern Albuquerque and Rio Rancho is a huge area. Can you narrow it down either geographically or other parameters? Good luck!

Check out something called southwest suites, I think, for albuquerque. They give you a list of options. I recently checked them out myself for family who will be staying. Everything is included. Depending on what you pick, the price will vary, but just as a rough idea, the 1 br I inquired about was around 2200/mo and a 2 br was about 2400/mo. Utilities included. The aspens, which is a complex near cottonwood mall in west side abq not far from the rio rancho border, may have such apartments. Good luck.

Broadstone High Desert mentioned they had corporate furnished apartments available. It's a pretty safe and quiet area in the NE. The rent for an unfurnished 1 BR is probably around $1000 for a month-to-month and from what I saw the typical price for furnishings is around $250/month but thats for a 6 month commitment. It may be a lot higher for month to month but they may have specific deals with certain companies.

Like marmom said, most of the time you can sign a month-to-month with apartments and then have another company provide you with a furniture rental. The biggest question will just be the price.
