hmm,
that no good...
once your in the coast guard, they will pay for tattoo removal, Ive seen some people get tattoo's removed I didn't notice any scaring though..(you have to sign a letter saying you wont get another tattoo in that area too)..is your leg a full sleeve? yeah I know for sure there is a recruiter in colombia thats where i joined.

alex,
I don't really think its that hard to get to alaska as a non rate, not a highly sought after place by the masses, most people want california, hawaii or florida.

youre right he said Alaska would probably be a sure thing, i could get a guaranteed district. and yes my leg is a full sleeve im seeing it like 10 to 15 treatments, 2 to 3 months in between, all that money and it might not even work..... i just want to go to Alaska already.im a hard worker i dont see why i wouldnt fit in? The recruiter said theyll be lightening up on the policy in a year or two...i could try back then.

Just get a tattoo that looks like your leg and you'll be fine.

Next time you kids need to think about the future before making STAT decisions...Iwould try Warpt's idea...might be easier...I cannot imagine putting Zombies on my leg....butterflies or bees maybe (I don't even like bees)...but zombies...heaven please kids...use thy brain...and I bet on the edge can verify that one right now....

A couple of years and you could be in a totally different place in your life from now...it is too bad was due to a tattoo...but that is reality...unfortunately, you may now have to make different decisions, due to what you decided earlier...is part of youth...and reality...now time to learn that... Personally, I would say if clothing covered is okay...but not my decision..best to you "on the edge"...

There's a CG station in Ketchikan also, and great salmon fishing in the area.
