Just got back from a drive upriver for a fiddle dance fundraiser in Kwethluk, I had fun. I don't dance though, these folks do!

I used my Fuji point and shoot in a poorly lit gym. The lights inside are yellow. I debated on taking the Canon but was in a hurry and just took the Fuji. This particular band doesn't have one, all dances are generally called fiddle dances.

My advice to a young college kid would be the exact opposite: do not ever find yourself in debt over the inessentials of life. The current financial situation is unlike anybody under 60 has seen in his or her lifetime.
