Some people cannot talk about any subject here without bringing politics into it. Maybe they are shills for certain candidates? I do not know. I'm afraid this issue is a little more complex than you pretend it is.

Violent crime rates in this country have declined this year. Homicides are down by 14% nationally. Virtually all categories of crime have seen a reduction. Crime rates did climb during the Covid 19 epidemic. The likely reason is that the court system was not really operating and jury trials were not going on. A certain element knew that and took advantage of it. However, now those trials are going on and offenders are being dealt with.

That's true. It can also be perpetrated by anyone or anybody with any given background too.

Oh yeah, even more shocking... and this is going to blow your mind... when you have large groups of people living closer together there is more crime than when you have less people more spread out. Because the weird thing is, it's people who commit crimes, not empty land. So through my powerful deductive reasoning I can can conclude that Earth's cities have more crime than other non urban areas do.

It's wild, I know.

I have many cops in my family - the numbers are as bogus as the unemployment numbers. Politicians do not want you to know how bad it is. Cops hands are tied these days and crimes are not being reported as they should be or lowered to a lesser offense. I wish people would wake up and open their eyes to what is going on.

This OP link on the “survey” points to only GOP states. CNBC, which is far left of center, might want to pull this article back before Biden makes a run into South Carolina. It lists the Palmetto state as #3 most evil or whatever title.

Remember this “study” highlighted ….”business climates considers Life, Health and Inclusion as one of ten categories of competitiveness.” Life? Inclusion? How about taxes, business regulations, transportation networks, wow. Fancy push by OP to try slamming Alabama on this attempt.

Actually, while MSNBC is far left, CNBC leans right. See Maria Bartiromo for example.

You are not in New York anymore. Perps get caught in Alabama, they go to jail.
