Error When Trying To "Attach Files" To A Post Or To My Album

All the ones we have uploaded are not photos like the beautiful balloon, but rather thumbnails for people to click on and open. We are getting the "not a valid file" error too and we do have a JPEG that are well below the maximum allowed size.

I continue to get the colon at the end of the file name..... example picture.jpg: when uploading to albums or to attach an image to the post. If I could remove the colon things would work.

For some Reason I am unable to upload new .jpg files onto my albums. Is there some glitch in place. This issue has been plaguing me all day.

All I get is a message saying "Invalid File". Why ?

Yes, this^ is happening to me today (a few days ago it was working-at least I was able to change my profile photo).
I'm trying to upload an image to my album to include a picture for tomorrow's QOTD thread,
and I got the "invalid file" error, and it didn't accept the picture file.
What is up, when might this be remedied ?

I'm suddenly having a problem attaching a profile pic. I'm using the same photos, same files, I always have but now am getting Invalid File message with any of the photo's I've used. They are all with in parameters listed in regards to size. I am befuddled.....
