I posted a question on the Alabama forum about hotels and realize now I should have asked it in the General US forum. Can I do that? Is that cross posting? If so can the first one be deleted? Thanks.

Just posting a question in another forum isn't cross posting. When you post the same question in multiple forums that is cross posting.
