This truck was not in operation so refrigeration was not checked. The unit must be running for the follow-up inspection. Also grease was dripping off the outside of the truck from the hood system. This truck was filthy.

Observation: No thermometer or broken thermometers in refrigeration units.
Correction: Provide accurate thermometers.

Observation: Observed flaking paint and rust on the shelves in the sandwich and single door refrigerators.
Correction: Repair or replace.
- Equipment - Food Contact Surfaces, Nonfood Contact Surfaces, and Utensils
Observation: Observed moldy spillage in the ice cream unit and the other refrigerators were filthy. Also, a heavy accumulation of old meat and grease was observed on the table under the flat top grill.
Correction: Clean.

Observation: Light shields were missing on all of the overhead lights.
Correction: Provide.
- Physical Facilities - Cleaning Frequency and Restrictions
Observation: Observed heavy accumulation of grease of the floor and walls and on the hood vents in the unit. Also a black soot was observed on the ceiling vents and the side of the van that opens for customer service.
Correction: Clean.
