    Observation: Raw foods of animal origin stored over ready-to-eat (RTE) food in the refrigeration unit. Observed raw shell eggs stored over RTE breakfast burritos and RTE pancakes.
    Correction: Separate raw foods of animal origin during storage, preparation, holding, and display from raw RTE food including foods such as fish for sushi or molluscan shellfish, or other raw RTE food such as vegetables, and cooked RTE food.

*Hose attached to the faucet at the floor sink is creating a cross connection. Store the end of the hose up out of the floor sink or shorten the hose so that there is an air gap between the end of the hose and the flood rim of the floor sink.
*Signage is needed for the restrooms that reminds employees they must wash hands before returning to work.

    Observation: In-use utensils improperly stored between use.
    Correction: Store in-use utensils or dispensing utensils in one of the following manners: 1) In the food with their handles above the top of the food and the container. 2) In food that is not potentially hazardous with their handles above the top of the food within containers or equipment that can be closed. 3) On a clean portion of the food preparation table or cooking equipment only if the in-use utensil and the food-contact surface of the food preparation table or cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours. 4) In running water of sufficient velocity to flush particulates to the drain. 5) In a clean, protected location if the utensils are used only with a food that is not potentially hazardous. 6) In a container of water if the water is maintained at a temperature of at least 135°F.

    Observation: All food in the Traulsen reach in cooler observed cold holding at improper temperatures
    Correction: Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below.

    Observation: Cleaned and sanitized utensils not handled, displayed, or dispensed so that the food- or lip-contact surfaces are protected from contamination. Observed utensils stored in containers with the food contact end up. Store untenils with handles up to ensure employees to not have to touch the food contact end.

    Correction: Separate raw foods during storage, preparation, holding, and display from raw RTE food including other raw food such as fish for sushi or molluscan shellfish, or other raw RTE food such as vegetables, and cooked RTE food.
  • Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment
    Observation: The can opener blade is dull.
    Correction: Disassemble the can opener, clean and sanitize the assembly, remove and replace the blade. Can opener blades must be kept sharp to prevent creation of metal fragments that can contaminate food in the can when opened.

There was no meat on my sandwiches when I took them in to get fix the manager thought she should send the grill cook to me so he can be a smart a** and tell me they thought it was funny I would never return to this store
