    Observation: Three door make table at grill was not maintaining adequate temperature of 41degrees F or below.
    Correction: Adjust settings, repair unit, or provide alternate method of holding TCS food at 41 degrees F or below.

Manager was knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly and correctly.
